Registration Fees

Please note that all delegates are required to pay Italian VAT (22%) on Registration fee. If you are from a country EU area, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refund.

Invoices should be requested to the Secretariat if this is needed in order to pay the registration fees.

Registration includes: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception Cocktail and Banquet.

Accompanying Persons fee includes: Reception Cocktail, Banquet dinner and visit to Theatre.

Final acceptance will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee by the speakers by March 15, 2023.

ECCOMAS, IACM members will have a deduction on the delegates fee upon membership confirmation. People interested in joining the associations are invited to visit the corresponding websites for further information.

Student registration: Student rate attendees are kindly invited to send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research organization stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.

Payment confirmation: a notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 130 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before April 20, 2023. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

Visa Letters: Any requests for letters to support visa applications should be sent to the conference secretariat with the subject line “M2P2023 Visa Letter”.
